SEC Filing & Ticker Analysis

Start a company review with its latest available annual or quarterly filing, extracted keyword signals and financial metrics. Follow the source filing to read the disclosure in context.

Keyword-based filing signals

A financial keyword list scans an extract from the latest available 10-K or 10-Q. Positive and negative matches are shown alongside the filing date and source link.

Fundamentals at a glance

Available revenue growth, margins, cash flow, leverage and other company metrics supplement the filing signals.

Macro context

Each ticker placed against the current liquidity and rate backdrop.

Source and coverage context

Search a ticker, then check whether a filing and metrics are available. A missing filing can leave the assessment based on fundamentals alone.

How does the filing analysis work?

For a matched SEC issuer, the panel requests the most recent 10-K or 10-Q and scans an initial extract for financial keywords. It combines those matches with available fundamentals. It does not read the whole filing or compare wording with prior filings, and the result is cached for up to 24 hours.

Which tickers are supported?

Coverage depends on the ticker matching a company in SEC submissions and on the availability of its filing and market-data metrics. Check the reported filing type, date and link before interpreting the result.

Is the sentiment score a probability of a stock rising?

No. It summarizes positive and negative keyword and fundamental signals under a fixed scoring rule. It is not a calibrated probability, a full accounting review or a forecast of returns.
